I hope everyone had a nice Father’s Day weekend.

I am pleased to announce that beginning June 22, 2021, appointments will no longer be required to visit your loved one at the Center. We ask that you visit between the hours of 9:30 am – 6:30 pm. Visitors will continue to be escorted to the visitation area.

Infection control measures remain in place such as completing the screening process and the requirement for vaccinated visitors to wear masks in certain areas of the Center. Unvaccinated visitors must wear masks at all times while in the Center.

County Positivity Rate:  Increased to 5.4%.
Testing Frequency for Staff and Patients: Unvaccinated staff are tested weekly based on the county positivity rate. Patients and staff may be tested as needed based on symptoms, exposure, or during an outbreak.
PPE: The supply remains adequate. Staff receive ongoing education on appropriate PPE utilization.
