**COVID-19 Update**
December 9th, 2021

I hope you are doing well and enjoying the holiday season. Regarding the status of COVID-19 in the Center, we currently have one positive staff member.

In order to comply with CMS recommendations for holding large gatherings in nursing facilities, we are scheduling special Christmas lunch events for families to participate on two separate dates this year. For patients residing on Highlands Lane and Martha’s Ridge units, lunch will be held on December 21, 2021 at 12:00 noon. For patients of the ART unit, lunch will be held on December 23, 2021 at 12:00 noon. The cost for lunch is $6.00 per visitor.

Due to space limitations, each patient may have up to two family members join them for these events. Reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis, and can be made by contacting the Center at 276-451-2590 no later than December 17, 2021. Reservations are required for participation.
