Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that a patient and an additional staff member have tested positive for COVID-19. This staff member will remain at home until the CDC’s return to work criteria have been met.

We will continue to conduct outbreak testing for all patients and staff every 3-7 days until the Center is 14 days without a positive result. Visitation will continue to be temporarily suspended for this same time period in accordance with the nursing home visitation guidance from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
